So, who are L&Q?

We aim to deliver great service to every customer, every time, and we’re always looking for ways to improve ourselves, including working alongside our residents to develop ideas and make decisions.

As one of the UK’s leading housing associations and developers with multiple developments already for sale in the North West, we have an ambition to deliver thousands of new homes in the North in the coming years too.
