If you want to buy a new Laurus home but have a home to sell, don't worry, we can help.
We'll go out of our way to find the right estate agent, the right price and the right buyer on your behalf to help you sell your existing home.
We'll even deal with the estate agents and pay their fees
You'll be updated about enquiries and offers by our appointed independent estate agent, who'll organise viewings at a time that suits you.
How does Assisted Move work?
Step 1
Choose and complete an Assisted Move application
Step 2
We'll arrange for two independent estate agents to value your existing home
Step 3
A selling price will be agreed with you, and we will ask you to sign an Assisted Move agreement with us with an agreed marketing period to sell your current home
Step 4
We will work with the estate agent to achieve a quick sale and contribute towards your fees (up to £2,500 inc. VAT)
Step 5
When an acceptable offer is made, you are then ready to reserve your new Laurus home. We will endeavour to manage the chain for you in conjunction with the agents/solicitor
Step 6
You will then exchange contracts with your buyer and Laurus Homes simultaneously, and an anticipated completion date will be given by your solicitor wherever possible
