1. Find your new home
Browse our range of homes and find one that is perfect for you.
2. Find the right way to buy
At Laurus, we offer a range of ways to buy your home including Shared Ownership and Help to Buy. Find the best one for you.
3. Make your reservation
Once you've chosen the home you would like and the best way to buy, visit the Sales Centre and reserve your plot with our specialist Sales Advisors.
4. Appoint a solicitor & IFA
You will need a solicitor to help with the legal process of buying your new home, and your IFA will help find the right mortgage for you. If you need help finding a solicitor, our Sales Advisors can recommend a solicitor for you.
5. Exchange Contracts
We will exchange contracts with your solicitor and they will transfer your deposit.
6. Keeping you Informed
Your dedicated Sales Advisor will keep you up to date on the progress of your new home.
7. Quality assurance
We carry out regular checks to make sure all homes meet Laurus' high standards.
8. Home demonstration
It's time for your Sales Advisor to take you around your finished home and show you how everything works. You'll also get a new home user guide with top tips on how things work for when you move in.
9. Time to move
Moving day is here! It's time for us to hand over the keys to your new home so you can begin moving in.
10. Aftercare
Your Laurus journey doesn't end once you've moved in, our Aftercare team will be on hand to help you settle into your new home and assist you with any minor issues.
