How Early Bird Reservation Works
Once you have chosen your home, we ask for a reservation fee of £250, and you just need to complete a simple form. Then put your feet up until your home is released for sale. We will then get in touch with you to let you know that you have the first refusal on this exciting opportunity before the property is released on general sale.

What happens next?
Prior to the plot being released for general sale, you will have 48 hours in which to decide whether you wish to proceed with the purchase or not. If you choose to proceed, the early bird reservation progresses to a full reservation and our full reservation fee will be applied.
If for some reason you have changed your mind, we will refund the full amount of the early bird reservation fee back to you.
