We’re Laurus Homes, a profit-for-purpose housing development company, part of The L&Q Group. Our philosophy is ‘a home for everyone’.
We use a portion of our profits to lend a helping hand to the communities we work in by providing affordable social housing and supporting local projects.
We believe everyone deserves a special place to call home. The homes we build can be purchased and enjoyed through a range of options, including Shared Ownership and Help to Buy, which makes getting on the housing ladder that little bit easier.
By always putting people first, we create spacious, welcoming environments where everyone can live a healthier, happier life.
Here’s some more information about our background and purpose:
We generate lasting social value at every stage of the construction process, and long after the scheme is complete. We have both the vision and the capacity to build high volumes of mixed-tenure homes that are much needed across the North West.
There’s nothing we like more than taking on specialist projects that other developers may be reluctant to undertake. We do much of this through bold and innovative collaborations with both private and public sector partners. When this isn’t feasible, we have the resources, skills and experience to deliver major schemes on our own.
We want to create the homes people need
It’s our aim to build the homes people in the North West need, where they need them. By doing this, we help create and regenerate neighbourhoods, support local communities and improve our society as a whole.
We work as we do because housing demand is a major issue for society today. That’s why we follow a philosophy of ‘a home for everyone’. Our homes make a positive difference to people’s lives.
We’re committed to communities
By creating homes that all kinds of people love to live in, we believe we can help change communities for the better.
We use our profits to lend a helping hand by providing affordable social housing and supporting community projects.
